Edbertho Leal-Quiros, PhD

President & Founder

Edbertho Leal-Quiros, PhD, in Nuclear Engineering, is currently Professor in Engineering at California State University-Fresno and Research Professor at Univeristy of California-Merced. He has a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master's in Plasma Physics from the University of California-Los Angeles, and a Master's in Atomic Collisions and a Bachelor's in Physics both from the National University of Colombia.  He has published over 200 scientific papers and has 4 patents including the Variable Energy Analyzer, Wien Analyzer, and new method for producing Helium-3 using a hydrogenated lattice (Red Fusion).

Isabel C. Leal, MD, Pediatrician

Vice President

Isabel C. Leal, MD, is a pediatrician specializing in neonatal intensive care, currently working as a physician at Community Medical Center in Fresno, CA. She obtained her MD Degree form the Central University of Venezuela, worked in post-graduate research in Medical Genetics at UCLA, and completed her Pediatrics Residency at the Municipal Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She has over 15 years' experience  working in Neonatal ICUs.

David A. Leal, BS in Engineering, PE

Director of Engineering

David Leal, BS, is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience working in various engineering fields.  He graduated with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.

Paola Leal Ramirez, MD, FAAP

Medical Director

Paola Leal Ramirez, MD, graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed her Residency in Pediatrics at Long Island College Hospital in New York.  She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  She works in pediatric telemedicine and has experience in outpatient pediatrics and urgent care.
